●6/24(水)の放送では、「インドネシア」のアーティストHindiaが登場！収録したインタビューの様子をお届けしました！

●DJ中島ヒロト: 中島ヒロトの「802 RADIO MASTERS」。今日はスペシャルゲストをお迎えしました。Fromインドネシア、Hindiaです。よろしくお願いします！

Hindia: Welcome. Thank you for having me.

●DJ中島ヒロト: Hindiaが目指しているのはどういう音楽なんでしょうか？

Hindia: Um, I think Hindia as a project is more left-leaning alternative pop. It's, it's, I think it's a mix between what's easy for the ear, easy to listen, and like a bit of a flare. Like a bit of something that's I think sounds current right now, but not necessarily mainstream. So I try to mix bo-both like, uh, of my references together. I try to be like as, uh, it, I think it needs to sound like as recent as possible, but also like not like the mainstream recent.
So yeah, it, it's kind of, it kind of changes sound every album, every now and then. Yeah.

通訳: このヒンディアというソロプロジェクトに関しては、そのバンドよりもよりちょっとポップさがあって、みなさんがより聴きやすいオン、サウンドかな、という風には思っているんですけれども。まあ、作り上げるサウンドとしては、そのメインストリーム、みなさんが聴きやすいメインストリームっていうほどではないポップさと、かつ、その新しさ、そして自分たちらしさっていうのをミックスしたもので。すごくこう、毎回アルバムごとに違うサウンドをお届けしてる感じですね。

●DJ中島ヒロト:今回Hindiaは「MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026」にて、アジアのポップミュージックを讃える特別賞を受賞しました。今回、その授賞式にも参加したんですけども、その授賞式の雰囲気などはいかがでしたでしょうか？

Hindia: I think, I think it was great. I never seen something like that scale ever back home in Indonesia. Uh, I think even the Japanese musicians here were like also amazed by the show, like, uh, by what happened like a few days ago, like at the Grand Ceremony especially. Uh, everyone was fantastic, like, and like, it was so surreal for me to look with my own eyes the, the people that I've been listening to all my life, like, directly. Like to, to see all of them together in one room, it was really surreal for me. And the performance, the performance were really great. Every, everyone was amazing.

通訳: 本当にただ一言、素晴らしかったです。あんな大きな授賞式、あの規模っていうのはインドネシアでも体験したこと、経験したことがなかったので、規模の大きさにもびっくりしましたし。僕自身だけじゃなくて、日本のアーティストも、あの規模の授賞式っていうのはあまりない感じで、すごく驚いている様子が、伺えたので、みなさんすごい興奮している、エキサイティングしてる感じなんだなっていう風に伺えました。でも、とにかく素晴らしくて、パフォーマンスはもちろんそうなんですけれども、自分の目を通してそういった素晴らしいアーティストの方々のパフォーマンスを見れた、そして、ずっと自分の人生を通して聴いてきたアーティストに直接お会いすることができたっていうのが、すごく嬉しかったです。

●DJ中島ヒロト:その授賞式でお会いしたアーティストで、印象に残ってる人、大好きな人はいますか？

Hindia: Uh, I met, I met Asashi-san from, uh, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra. He talked with me a bit and we, we, we got, we got to have a selfie together. And like, but like the rest of them, like whenever I met them and like we exchange smiles and stuff, like I didn't get the courage to ask them to, to say anything or like to, to take photos and stuff because I was just so starstruck.
Like, at just, just like at the afternoon, like when I was performing, just like meters away from me, it was like Sakanaction, like, and I, when, when I like, I was like trying to be as, as calm as possible and like, but then I see, oh, Ichiro Yamaguchi, like, from Sakanaction.
Like the whole day, like we were like just meters away, but I didn't get the courage to ask him for photos. Yeah.

通訳: もう本当にお会いした、見かけたアーティストはたくさんいて、東京スカパラダイスオーケストラの谷中さんとはお会いして、お話することもできて、セルフィーも撮ることができたんですけども。他のアーティストも、あの、お声がけしたかったんですけども、もうちょっと緊張してしまって（笑）。すぐ近くに、サカナクションの「あれ？ 山口一郎がいる」っていう風に、もう「はあ、お、声がけしたいな」と思ったんですけど、ちょっと、かけれませんでした。

DJ中島ヒロト: なるほどね（笑）。本当にそのぐらい素晴らしい「MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN」。アジアのポップミュージックを讃える特別賞を受賞ということで本当に素晴らしいです。

●「MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026 WEEK」ということで、インタビューを実施しているこの日の前日、6月15日月曜日BIGCATで行われました、「MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN WEEK スぺシャルライブ OSAKA SOUND SCRAMBLE 2026」に出演してもらったわけなんですけども。まあ僕もMCで参加したんですが。大阪でのライブはいかがだったでしょうか？

Hindia: Uh, I think, I think it, I think it went really well. It was great. Uh, I got to meet like a lot of new listeners also, who were, who were locals, who were Japanese. I got to meet Japanese artists as well, uh, Japanese, uh, music, uh, industry people also like, uh, yeah, we talk, uh, we talk for quite some time because like, uh, we had a lot of free time like around the show.
Um, and I think this time around, we have more Japanese audiences than before when we played in Shibuya.
Compared to, uh, last night in BIGCAT Osaka, we have more Japanese people actually like coming to watch and see us performing. And maybe like other bands, we also had Cup of Joe last night, yeah, from the Philippines. Yeah, but, it, it was really great like to actually perform here for like the actual people who live here and, and stay here, yeah.

通訳: 本当に昨日のライブも最高だったんですけれども、演奏してて気づいたんですけれども、自分のもちろんいつも来てくださる、ファンの方もいたんですが、新しいリスナーの方もたくさんいらっしゃって。インドネシアの方、こちらに住んでらっしゃる方はもちろん、日本の方もすごくたくさんいらっしゃって、ライブを楽しんでくださってるのが見受けられたので、それがすごく嬉しかったです。東京よりも日本オーディエンスが多かったように感じたので、すごくそれも嬉しかったです。

DJ中島ヒロト: そうですね。確かにインドネシアのファンの方々もたくさんいたけど、日本人も本当にめちゃくちゃ盛り上がってましたからね。
僕はHindiaのライブを昨日初めて見たんですけども。もうめちゃくちゃ盛り上がってて、特にインドネシアの方々がもう大合唱。もう全ての曲を全部歌うっていう（笑）。
普段は数万人のスタジアムでライブをやっているHindiaですけれども、昨日たくさんの日本のコンサートプロモーターがライブを見に来ていて。是非日本にHindiaを迎えたいってみんな言ってましたけども、どうですか？

Hindia: Oh, sure. We'd love to, we'd love to.

通訳: もう是非、戻ってきてパフォーマンスしたいと思ってます。

●最後にFM802を聴いてくれている日本の音楽ファンに向けてメッセージ

Hindia: Uh, first of all, uh, of course, thank you so much for listening. Um, um, I know it's quite new for all of you, um, um, to see how my performance got enjoyed in public. But I hope you can join next time.
Um,Yeah, thank you, thank you for performing and I, I'll be looking around to be back as soon as possible. And I promise that the next time I, I'll be here,uh, I'll try to improve my Japanese a bit. So like, yeah, we can speak, uh, a little bit freer next time. Yeah.
